Just across the parking lot from our front porch is the Golden Belt! A great series of historic warehouses that are now breweries, galleries, botiques, icecream shops, tech businesses, co-working spaces and more!
We are in "the Bullpen social district" where downtown Durham has laxed open container laws! Feel free to grab a beer and walk over to the art galleries and check out the Golden Belt.

From the front porch you walk across the street and head to the "ART" sign across the parking lot and you're in amazing art galleries and can visit with local artists and see their collections and interact with them.
